This session will explain the importance of standardised planning as a key tool in therapeutic decision-making and will exemplify restorative planning in a multidisciplinary context where all treatment is facially guided.

Furthermore, it will be shown that planning is a tool that not only helps to identify cases where there is a need to make dental movements prior to restorative treatment, but it is also a fundamental aspect that allows the optimisation of the technical execution of direct minimal intervention restoration procedures, as is the case with the technique of injecting composites.
