Dental implants and implant-supported restorations are an excellent treatment modality, but it should be noted that there is a risk of biological and technical complications. Due to the large number of implants placed in our country in recent decades, the presence of this type of complications is increasing. When these occur in the anterior sector, they are a challenge for the professional, since they are usually accompanied by aesthetic sequelae. In the talk we will address the different ways to solve these complications, from bone regeneration to soft tissue reconstruction.
