Once we have the key indicators we must know how to interpret their evolution.

Reliable information obtained should be analyzed in detail, comparing with previous records. This methodology will allow us to put things in perspective "zoom out" and make decisions that correct the strategy and/or operations of the clinic, always with the aim of advancing the process of continuous improvement.
