The presence of a three-dimensional bone defect in the aesthetic zone is one of the greatest challenges in implantology. Traditionally, the treatment of these defects is done in 2 phases: first the regenerative surgery of the bone defect is performed and then, after healing, the implant is placed. In this conference, a treatment protocol will be presented in which, using a recently designed line of materials, the three-dimensional defect is regenerated in the same implant placement surgery, which represents a considerable decrease in morbidity and time, achieving highly aesthetic results. Using digital technology today it is possible to plan and visualize the treatment of these complex cases step by step from the starting point to the final crown.
